The duo known as TV Noise began with a dream in 2010. Hailing from the most fertile DJ breeding grounds in the world, these two friends from Holland set out to claim their place among the stars.
With gift for both DJing and production it wasn’t long before they caught the astute ear of Spinnin’ Records and they were immediately signed at the ripe age of 17. In 2011, their first single was released by the label, a collaboration with fellow teen, Julian Jordan called ‘Oxford’.
With new found support, the pair produced, remixed and collaborated with some very impressive talent including; Martin Garrix, Julian Jordan, The Chainsmokers, Oliver Heldens, Sam Feldt, Calvin Harris, Diplo, Major Lazer, DJ Snake, Tiësto, Kygo, Avicii, Martin Solveig and Dannic. Their ability to understand each artist and bring a fresh take to music kept them flush with work through 2011.
In 2012 TV Noise released their first solo single on Spinnin’ Records, called ‘Tom’ which was premiered by Sander van Doorn on his Identity radio show. After the premiere, TV Noise began getting much more attention and their stock started to rise. They began touring more than ever and were getting so many remix requests that they could not meet the demand. A very good place to be for young producers!
The success continued into 2013 when TV Noise released a collab with Martin Garrix, just before his big breakthrough one month later. ’Just Some Loops’ received support from Avicii, Dannic and Martin Solveig among many others. The track was in the Beatport electro top 100 for 48 days straight, reaching #14 at its peak.
As 2013 rolled on, the pair continued their domination in the studio producing music for a myriad of brands, labels and artists. They were involved in productions for international artists signed with Spinnin’ Records and other labels, including Calvin Harris’ Fly Eye. With their versatile production techniques, TV Noise found they were able to easily flow between many genres making them a very in demand duo.
With so much ability to morph sounds and styles together, the pair began to feel they needed a bit more artistic definition in their own TV Noise sound and brand. They have a knack for writing melodic hooks and they knew their course was to develop that talent on a larger scale. This meant refining a more pop inspired sound that Billboard.com touted as a ‘perfected dance-pop groove“.
With their abilities came opportunities and one of their favorites is giving production masterclasses worldwide as special ambassadors of multiple studio gear brands. They also find time to work the tour circuit and have been fortunate enough to perform across the world at both club and festival dates.
When 2017 hit, TV Noise heard the news that they had been included on the “Top 25 Most Influential Artists Under 25” by Spotify NL, alongside artists such as Martin Garrix and Oliver Heldens.
Coming up for TV Noise is an upcoming 4 track EP on Spinnin’ Records.
